ROD 2008

WaaaaAa....
Today was the POP And ROD parade.
POP really not interested. The Parade finished late as usual(In all POP). There was some techinal problem and Karthik made few mistakes( Not Discriminating) nvm Its happens. Mayb after this he would be more confident(lets hope...)
Then after the POP everyone went to change to their Mafti.(except Me). Theres was problem of the food. I don't want to talk abt it now. But I think we solved it(I guess...) Just b4 the Sec 3s wanted to eat. I asked all the boys go to the arranged the chairs. (They did a good job :) )
Only after that I went to changed to mafti. There Rest went for their Refreshments. After changing I was the last to take my food. Surprisingly Nasri took the food and drinks for Me, together with Juraimee, They really helped me.
In the hall(backstage)
I brief the sec 3s on what events we are going to skip. All come to the conclusion and settled it
Going On to ROD.....
Everyone have assemble and they are waiting for us. We were scared. ppl were getting distracted. Then Shankari and Dina started. Good thing is that during the ROD no Mic Problems :) For Me Performance was a mess I only wanted to Singers to perform. But the whole Sec 3 and some Sec 1 were there. Thought it would be a bit fun BUT all hiding behind(aHhHHhh)
I helped Yi hao in the PA on what song to put. Yi hao really did alot. Cut cutting all was OK....

Overall view of ROD: It would definately be much better if the rain didn't come. At least got more time to brief them on what changes and to do.

Day 3

Finally we are going home!! Did the usually things like tent pitching and area cleaning and other things. After all those things they asked to do our cheer one last time. I asked them do Karthik's(Jurong sec) cheer. They said not to as one of them heard the CIs talking saying that its either Honour or Integrity! Wanted to do a good performance. And we did it. Thet only said the top 2 best cheers winners. In second place was Integrity... its was ok at least we won something and of course in first place Honour! You can surly guess what they have as rewards! The leftovers Rations LOL hahah.
Thats was to end of the camp

Day 2:

I was very sleepy.... Its was 5.30 and i was still sleeping! Karthz woke me up and we went to brush our teeth. The rest of the guys were still sleeping. BLSS cadets left the tent. After brushing our teeth, we were sitting in the MPH chatting with all BLSS cadets. Then the instuctor came scolded us a bit for coming late and as usual Flag raising and P.T! Yeah My Favourite. Quite normal la.. but can learn a lot of things from there, can use it when I conducting PT in my sch LOL, Then breakfast....... They asked us to wear Long Sleeve after food. But the weather was very hot.Its for the jetty jump. My first event was shelter building. We have to build a shelter with the given resoures. Didn't manged to finished it in time. Next was the tunnel. Very very dark. But very fun. Yi hao was the big challenged! He can't climb!!!!! We have to push and pull him. Hard work. Next was an event which i have forgotten... next was JETTY JUMP!!!!!!! I was reallly excited. They asked us to seperate ourself of swimmer and non-swimmer. The last time i learnt swimming was when i was in Pri 2. I almost forgot them. I was one of the last few who jump into the sea. The feeling was 'Shoik' . After That was lunch, I wanted to shower but the sir said not to shower. then was IRC Intermidate Rope Challenged. One indian sir was setting up something to teach us. Hidaiya and Sharon were cutting the logs for campfire I think. The man asked them move them I side. Then Hidaiya got a bit angry. Her feeling was true but the man was a FI( i think)(Dunno wads it means)(Forever Inspector?..)lol. Then the"FI" asked some of us to moved. We didn't move despite repeating it again. Then scolded the CIs, that area 17 no disipline. He asked those who didn't moved to stand. Then conducted his lesson. I was the Second person who finished the IRC. The other didn't manged to finished them. But I wanted to do the most difficult one. But since no one wants to do the easiest I did it. Starting quite scary and soon was really easy. After that I was chatting with some friends. Next was fir Starting. Damnnnn Difiicult. Btw all the groups cheated as they used more than 3 match sticks.

Skipping to campfire preparation

I waiting for some answer then i told them whether they want to use This 'Secret Cheer'. But its is very difficult to learn. btw the cheer was a edited verson, used to be longer. They liked it and did some editing in the end. Boon lay Cadets are the cheerleaders..... after a few performance I was afraid as i thought other group cheers were better than my group. It came to my group performance. Whoaaa very one who suprise(i think...) Then the CIs were asked to peroform. That performance was very funny! the best lol. The next funniest part was Yi hao!!!! The way he sang goodnight campers!!!! lol. By right the song must be sang in a low tone but the was shouting lol.. Most of us were laughing lol.
After the campfire the CIs Debrief us on how we did. Although They gaved good comment. I believe that we can do better as its was the first time we did a major event. and also we got the information was Boon lay was organising campfire quite late. Confirm its would be the best if we got it earlier!!!

UEFA euro 2008

Everyday have euro matches. The team which I support is Holland! Yeah We trashed Italy(World champions) and France(Runners-up Champion). Also Bbeat Romaina 2-0 with no key players! Coming up next is the Finals! Tonight Holland will be Vs Russia( Not an easy team to beat). In Holland's last euro( 04 )they reached the semi finals and lost :( I am hoping this year they will reach to the Grand finals and hopefully wins.

Well, I wasn't that excited on going to the camp just normal.

~Day 1:

~The Sec 3s check the sec 2s bag. Soon we head off to the jetty. On the way in the bus Lathifah ~and Diyana. Teach them some of the cheers which are going to be sang in the campfire. By the ~way, Boon Lay Secondary School is organising the campfire. The Host are Lathifah and Diyana ( Chosen By Sir Mustaqim) We reach the jetty and took the BumpBoat to Pulau Ubin. Some of ~the CIs were there. They told us to assemble in the Court Nearby. Since we didn't know our groupings we were quite blur. One Sir showed us the Grouping. I was in Integrity. I was a bit sad at first because i was the only Boon Lay there. Suddenly they asked some of the groups to join together. Karthik Was in my group. LOL. This year was different. We have to walk around with our bags and play Treasure Hunt. Its quite fun. Especially asking us to walk to Npcc ampsite on our own with a map. On the way we sang some songs. While singing the songs we didn't realise that we reached the campsite . By the time we started pitching our tent was at 6pm. Didn't have much light, so we use touchlight. Was a good experience pitching our tent in the dark. Quite Fun. Then we had our dinner. I and Karthik didn't want to eat that much. So we shared One Maggi. After that Boon Lay cadets were asked to revise same cheers and to teach them for the campfire. I volunteered to teach the sec 2s. Diyana also. Actually working with her quite fun in a way.LOL. Jermine and Yi Xian were with me(Sec 2 Cheering lessons)xD. Some of the cheers we didn't know. They were a bit tired. I understand their feeling As I went through the same thing last year. Mustaqim sir Escorted us back to our campsite. He also teach us some of the cheers we didn't know. One of them is train to be a leader. Then went to sleep. When we reached there we didn't know which tentage we are in. So the sir asked us to go to Tent 11. Surprise Karthik was there. Vinot, from Yuan ching, also was there I know him from last years ATC. Lights off.

Exams Are Over! XD

Exams are over. But the sad thing is that, I was very sick for two weeks just before my first paper. Therefore I didn't have time to revise or I couldn't... :( My first paper was Maths paper I and Social Studies. Math was easy but social studies.... since i didn't even touch the textbook. I couldn't answer the SEQ. Sure Fail. The other exams were normal but my last paper AMaths, sure + confirm + Gurantee Fail!!! The paper was very difficult. Would have died on the spot while doing the paper..... Will after our exams , My Band, PESS, pratice began, was quite fun as Ernest managed to play the guitar for the song Papercut. After a Long time, I played Soccer with my Weekends Warriors(LOL), since I was sick 4 a long time. When I played there, I realise my playing Form wasn't gd. My stamina was gone, Accuracy was gone, And most importanly I couldn't score. My Form is totally Gone!!! So I decided to train myself to get my form back....
And I got it back. I came back to play on Sunday. Finally, My form was better then ever... yeah... So to continue improving my form I Decided to train everyday.....
